Field marketer

Visit shops in the neighbourhoods, show owners how to open their store on the platform, and help them take the first steps.

What you'll do

  • Visit shops and grocers in the neighbourhoods and introduce the platform
  • Help owners open their store and add their first products
  • Follow up with merchants after sign-up and collect their feedback
  • Join regular team meetings to review results

What we hope you bring

  • Warm with people and confident talking to them
  • Know the areas and get around easily
  • A smartphone and comfort using apps
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus, not a must

Software developer

Work on a live platform used by real merchants and customers, front to back.

What you'll do

  • Build new features across the web app and the API
  • Improve performance and the mobile experience
  • Fix issues and review code
  • Take part in technical decisions in a small team

What we hope you bring

  • Hands-on TypeScript experience
  • Next.js or React, and NestJS or Node.js
  • Working with PostgreSQL (Prisma is a plus)
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly

Technical support

You're the first voice a merchant or customer hears when they need help.

What you'll do

  • Answer merchants and customers in chat and on WhatsApp
  • Help merchants set up their stores and products
  • Follow order problems through until they're solved
  • Pass recurring feedback on to the development team

What we hope you bring

  • Patient, kind and clear in written Arabic
  • Quick to learn new tools
  • Reliable within agreed working hours
  • English is a plus
