How do I pay?
Choose a plan and press “Choose plan”. We contact you on your number, you pay in cash, by transfer or by mobile wallet, and we switch the plan on straight away.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your shop is hidden from the public and the control panel stops accepting changes. Nothing is deleted: your products, orders and settings stay exactly as they are and come back the moment you renew.
Who gets the free month?
Every account, once. It starts when you open your first shop — not when you sign up — so signing up just to order does not use it.
Can I change plan?
Any time, from “My plan” in your account. Renew the same plan before it ends and the days you had left are kept.
Is there a contract or automatic renewal?
No. Each payment covers its own period only, and nothing is ever taken without you asking.
