For shoppers
Do I need an account to look around?
No. Browsing stores, opening a store page and filling a cart all work without signing in. You only need an account at the moment you place the order — so the shop knows who to deliver to, and you can follow the order afterwards.
How does the QR code work?
Every shop has one code, printed and taped to its door or counter. Point your phone camera at it and that shop's page opens — no app to install. The same codes are on our home page, so you can try one from a laptop screen.
How do I pay?
Cash to the driver at the door works everywhere. Card payment is shown only for shops that have turned it on. You choose at checkout, before the order is sent.
Can I order from two shops at once?
Not in one order. Two shops mean two deliveries, two receipts and two minimum orders, so a cart holds one shop at a time. Adding something from a second shop starts a fresh cart.
Why does a product say "out of stock"?
Because the shop owner's own count reached zero. Stock is read from the shop's shelves, not from a catalogue, so nothing is listed that the shop cannot actually hand you.
How do I follow my order?
Open "My orders" from the top bar. The status moves from received to confirmed to preparing, then out for delivery or ready for pickup, and finally delivered.
For shop owners
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. You create a free account, set up your shop and print your QR code without entering a card. Paid plans exist for when the order volume justifies them.
How long does setup take?
About the length of a quiet afternoon. Create the account, set your hours, delivery radius and minimum order, add your products with a photo and a price, and print the code.
Where do orders arrive?
In your dashboard, the moment they are placed. You confirm an order and the customer is notified straight away; every status you set is what they see.
Can I change my QR code?
It never changes, on purpose. The code is printed on a sticker in your window — regenerating it would silently kill every sticker already out there. One shop, one code, for the life of the shop.
What if I run out of something?
Set the stock to zero and it stops being orderable immediately. The dashboard warns you before a shelf empties, so you can restock first.
Can I take orders over WhatsApp too?
Yes. Regulars who would rather send a message still land in the same order list, so you work from one screen rather than two.
