What we hold, and why
Written in plain language, and limited to what the product actually does today.

What we collect
Only what an order needs to happen:
- Your account: name, email address, phone number, and a password that is stored hashed — never as text we could read.
- Your orders: the items, the totals at the time you ordered, the delivery note and the phone number the driver calls.
- Your session: a sign-in token kept in a cookie your browser sends back to us, so you are not asked to sign in on every page.
- For shop owners: the shop details you enter — name, address, hours, delivery settings — and the products you list.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent anything about you, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites. Card details, when card payment is switched on, go straight to the payment processor and never touch our servers.
Who can see your order
The shop you ordered from sees the order, your name and the contact number, because it cannot deliver otherwise. Other shops see nothing. Our team can see an order only when you ask us to look into one.
How long we keep it
Orders are kept as long as the shop may need them for its own records and tax obligations. Your account stays until you ask us to close it; closing it removes your personal details and leaves the shop’s own sales record without your name on it.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one cookie, and it is the sign-in one. It is marked httpOnly, which means a script on the page cannot read it, and it rotates every time it is used. There is no advertising or analytics cookie.
Changes to this page
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Anything that materially affects you is also sent by email.
